8. Floating dock:
Delidock have a 10 years experience in the design and manufacturing of flaoting dock. The manufacturing facility will be designed to provide the proper environment and physical conditions necessary for float casting. The facility will provide adequate workspace, equipment, level casting surfaces, and protection from direct sunlight, wind, moisture and freezing.
? Galvanized Steel Frame
Steel Frame is better than aluminum frame because of its larger weight makes it more stable on water. A hot-dipped galvanized coating should be required on all the steel frames. Zinc coating thickness will be a minimum of three (3) mils.

? FRP Dock Float
FRP dock float’s lifespan is more than 30 years. It was made by fiberglass-reinforced plastics(unsaturated polyester resin), filled with 15kg/m3 (Polystyrene foam of low density), attached chassis by stainless steel bolt.

(HDPE is biodegradable plastic, so the HDPE floats can be used about 10 years only, they are recyclable; FRP is un-biodegradable plastic, can be used more than 30 years, unrecyclable.)
 
? Dock Decking
The decking wood should be pressure treated softwood(American Southern Yellow Pine) or WPC (wood plastics composites).

Pressure treated softwood(pine): it’s very popular all over the world. After ACQ(Alkaline Copper Quaternary) treated it can be used 30 to 50 years.
WPC: It’s a typical environment protection material, made of plastic and wood by high temperature and scientific production formula. Undoubtedly it’s one of the best materials for the ourdoor use.
